    Exactly what I think, no more, no less

    The hotel is a gem, offering fine ocean views and great service. The breakfast buffet is vast, catering to all tastes. I loved the infinity pool and the cute staff. A perfect spot for relaxation and indulgence!

    special hotel, friendly attentive staff from the assistant to the director david pham to staff members like loc and thuan, everything was great. great pool, parking onsite. had free wi-fi throughout the property. fantastic location within walking distance of a covered bazaar. a small restaurant for breakfast. fabulous base for exploring nha trang.

    perfectly clean place & thoughtful and hospitable staff at every service. cocktail bar, good-sized and brand-new room with housekeeping to go in and huge balcony plus jacuzzi tubs. honestly nothing to complain about.

    Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed, great view from our balcony, with terrific facilities such as the gym, pool, bars, cafe, spa/sauna and steam room! Breakfast was fantastic! Plus, we got an excellent rate through Booked.net!!!

    Big hotels on the beach strip, so didn't really get a feel for the local population. Over our 4 week holiday in Vietnam, we stayed in accommodation ranging from 2-4 stars, and finally to the 5 star Sheraton (where we spent our final 3 nights). At each hotel wifi was free and we could access it pretty much everywhere including our bedrooms. Unfortunately, the Sheraton's wifi is only accessible on the ground and 1st floor if you have your own laptop/phone. You need to pay up to $15 a day to use wifi in the rooms or to use the Sheraton's computers. We weren't too impressed by this!

    good location

    the hotel doesnt put amenities in the bathroom, they have a note that says you need to call and ask for which item u want so they bring it !!!! being a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable at all, specially that the price is quite expensive and these would of course be included in the cost you are already paying... they are being VERY CHEAP !!!!

    The breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and flavor. Make sure to check out the rooftop bar for a lovely beach view!

    While the pool area is fine, the breakfast options left something to be desired. The chef really needs to amp up the flavor profile of the dishes. There seems to be a peculiar language barrier for Korean guests, which can be uncomfortable, especially when the staff doesn't switch to Korean even when they can.

    Spa is good. Food is good.

    Location is not that good. I know the offical check-in time is 3:00pm, but I arrive at 7:00am, they cannot arrange a room to me eariler. No free Wifi in room.
